Crown Dentistry Membership Plan

With our Crown Dentistry Membership Plan, you and your family can save on the dental treatments you need or want, without having to worry about waiting periods, pre-authorization, annual minimums and maximums, deductibles, or filing paperwork. Individual Membership Options
Fit for a King or Queen Plan
An annual fee of $459 (less than $39/month!) includes:
- 2 cleanings
- 2 exams
- X-rays twice a year
- 2 emergency or limited visits
- 20% off any treatment plan
The Royal Treatment Plan
An annual fee of $749 (under $63/month) includes:
- 4 periodontal maintenance visits
- 2 exams
- x-rays twice a year
- 2 emergency or limited visits
- 20% off any treatment plan
- 30% off scaling and root planing (SRP)
Family Membership Options
Since recommended cleanings are based on each person’s diagnosis, our team will help you choose the right combination of benefits and confirm your family’s total before enrollment.
Royal Family Plan
Annual fees start at $399 for the first member and $300 for the second member. Membership includes:
- 2 professional cleanings per year
- X-rays twice a year, including an FMX or CBCT once every five years
- 2 exams
- 2 emergency or limited visits
- $500 off Invisalign
- 20% off treatment
- 10% off whitening
Royal Family Plan With Periodontal Care
If a family member requires periodontal maintenance, the annual fee starts at $599 for that member and $300 for an additional family member receiving routine preventive care. Membership includes:
- 2 professional cleanings or 3 periodontal maintenance visits per year, based on diagnosis
- X-rays twice a year, including an FMX or CBCT once every five years
- 2 exams
- 2 emergency or limited visits
- 30% off deep cleaning
- $500 off Invisalign
- 20% off treatment
- 10% off whitening

You don’t need dental insurance to be part of our dental family. We accept payment through Cherry and CareCredit®, so whether you’re uninsured or you need assistance covering the cost of the treatments you need or want, the quality care you deserve is accessible.

Cherry Financing

It usually means your bi-annual exams and cleanings are covered, and that a percentage of basic restorative costs are, too.

We’ll file paperwork on your behalf, help you maximize your benefits, and aim to give you precise estimates on what will have to be covered out of pocket, should you require or desire treatments outside of what’s covered.
